Encounter Army

Since Oranghebat's sick, Im gonna compile a list of things to do:

• SPAM! Go on CP and help Abe say stuff like 'ACP attacks randomly'
• Help rebel groups fight ACP

Also, here are some good things to do in a war:

• The Alpha squad and delta squad goes to either side of the dojo (if we have similar sized allies, then the other army and us split sides)
• Recruit newbies specifically for that war (duh...)

And news:

• Rookie JS has been promoted to major. Jujo will also be promoted to Major (unless Oranghebat disagrees, of course)
• Bases: From now, we will use Mukluk and Snow Storm (lots of people so it will be good for recruiting).
• For the PW, Nachos vs. UMA, Nachos will win in my opinion. UMA aren't active.
